Every piece is made to order and carefully handcrafted before being securely packaged for delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Standard orders: approximately 2–3 weeks
  • Custom or bespoke orders: Production time may vary depending on the design. Our team will provide an estimated delivery date once your order has been confirmed.

If there is any unexpected delay, our team will contact you as soon as possible.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Alterations

We are pleased to offer minor alterations where possible, including ring resizing, necklace length adjustments, and stone replacements where the design allows. Additional charges and production time may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Every Zamara Jewels piece is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed or delivered.

If your piece requires a minor size adjustment or alteration, we will be happy to assist where possible. Alteration services are subject to the design of the piece and may incur additional charges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so our team can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
