Warranty & Care

At Zamara Jewels, every piece is handcrafted using solid 18K gold, natural diamonds, and carefully selected gemstones. We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and are committed to creating jewelry that can be treasured for generations.

One-Year Warranty

All Zamara Jewels pieces are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship.

• Loose diamonds or gemstones resulting from a manufacturing fault.

• Faulty clasps, settings, or closures due to manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Scratches, dents, or surface marks from everyday use.

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage, or alterations performed by a third party.

• Lost or stolen jewelry.

• Lost diamonds or gemstones resulting from impact, accidental damage, or improper care.

If your jewelry requires inspection or repair, please contact our team before arranging repairs elsewhere, as repairs performed by third parties may void the warranty.

Jewelry Care

Your Zamara Jewels piece is designed to be enjoyed for years to come. Proper care will help preserve its beauty and brilliance.

We recommend:

• Store each piece separately in its jewelry box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches.

• Remove your jewelry before exercising, swimming, showering, or engaging in activities that may expose it to impact.

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, cleaning products, chlorine, and other harsh chemicals.

• Clean your jewelry gently using warm water, mild soap, and a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

• We recommend having your jewelry professionally inspected periodically to ensure gemstones remain secure.

Everyday Wear

Our jewelry is crafted from solid 18K gold, making it durable and suitable for everyday wear.

Over time, daily exposure to skin oils, perspiration, cosmetics, perfumes, household chemicals, and environmental factors may cause your jewelry to lose some of its original shine or develop slight discoloration. This is a natural characteristic of fine 18K gold jewelry and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Regular gentle cleaning and proper storage will help maintain your jewelry’s brilliance. If desired, professional polishing can restore its original finish.

Natural Diamonds & Gemstones

Our diamonds and gemstones are natural, making every piece unique. Slight variations in color, inclusions, and natural characteristics are part of their beauty and individuality and are not considered defects.
